Porterbrook’s Class 769 tri-mode units will be operating this year’s passenger shuttle service from Honeybourne directly into the Rail Live event at Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre on June 21-22.
Shuttle services from Honeybourne’s temporary platform are planned to run on an hourly basis, connecting with regular Great Western Railway passenger services arriving from/departing to London Paddington and Great Malvern. The shuttle services, allowing visitors to travel by train directly into the Rail Live site will take approximately 20 minutes.
