Manea bridge work to restart

Seven weekend possessions will be required to complete the replacement of 115 rotten timbers on four bridges on the Ely-Peterborough route.

Network Rail’s work on the structures, all at Manea, will restart on Saturday September 11. It will then take place every Sunday until October 17, and finally the whole of the following weekend. 

The project began last September.
