Chris Fenton appointed Chairman of NSARE

Chris Fenton, chairman of the Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) has been appointed as chairman of the National Skills Academy for Railway Engineering (NSARE). He succeeds Crossrail Chairman Terry Morgan who has stood down as chairman of NSARE after five years in the position.

Fenton was appointed as the new chairman following election as a director by the members of NSARE. He has extensive experience in both infrastructure and the interface between the public and private sectors, and is a non-executive director at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
