Trials are taking place at Birmingham International of a mobile phone app that allows users to self-navigate with audio, live maps and written instructions about where the main features are.
Avanti West Coast passengers travelling to or from the station can download the Waymap app and enter their starting location and destination to locate the correct platform, points of interest and nearby attractions.
