Ecorys has developed an intermodal Intelligent Transport System for the East-West corridor, which integrates the North Sea-Baltic and North Sea-Mediterranean corridors.
The planner shows all possible intermodal connections in Europe with an origin or destination on the corridor, and determines the optimum route between any two points. A first version will be demonstrated in June at the Trans-European Network for Transport in Rotterdam on June 20-22.
