Regulator to assess train operators

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is to again assess the customer performance of train operators, following a ‘mystery shopping’ exercise conducted in response to the ‘super complaint’ by consumer body Which?

Rail Minister Claire Perry said in a Commons Written Reply to David Mackintosh (Conservative, Northampton South) on May 26 that the Department for Transport will consider its response to the ORR’s report into the ‘super complaint’ after it is published in the summer.
