Midlands Metro tram named after rock star Ozzy

Musician Ozzy Osbourne unveiled a tram bearing his name at an event in Birmingham on May 26.

Centro, the West Midlands Passenger Transport Authority, held the ceremony at a new tram stop on Corporation Street, to promote the Midlands Metro tram network extensions.

Future planned stops include Centenary Square in Birmingham city centre, and rail and bus stations in Wolverhampton. Funding has also been set aside for line extensions to Edgbaston and Digbeth.

Ozzy is becoming old but he is still a legend. Nice to see his name on the tram.

Does it play the intro to "Crazy Train" at each stop?
