    What about operating the Shoeburyness to Fenchurch Street and Southend Central to Fenchurch Street services via Rainham as the timetables are changing.

    Unfortunately for c2c customers the reality is, longer journey times, standing room only where there used to be seating and even worse a massive increase in the number of passengers being taken ill. c2c continue to ignore our complaints and in spite of four amendments to the new timetable insist it is working. IT IS NOT and we fear someone will be seriously injured or worse due to the over crowding.

    These changes have been the most shambolic thing to ever happen on the c2c line. Severe overcrowding to the point of staff shoving people onto the trains, changing to 4 coach trains in rush hour when previously even on 8 coaches people were standing, congestion on the line and slow running trains due to poor timetabling, losing fast trains which were previously a godsend for those travelling longest and longer journeys due to poor timetabling. Overnight c2c have gone from a company I recommended to an absolute joke with this timetable which is not fit for use and a complete idiot in Julian Drury as the so called MD - he should have the guts to resign, if not be given the sack with immediate effect. How on earth can you totally ruin a train line literally overnight - well Drury has done it.

    Would love to know how you create more seats without taking on any more rolling stock!! This new timetable has been an unmitigated disaster for all of their customers except those travelling between inner London stops who could use the District Line. C2C = Hero to zero in four easy weeks. You couldn't make incompetence like this up!
