Capacity usage is key as Smith states case for freight

GB Railfreight Managing Director John Smith has called for efficient usage of capacity.

“The key is our right and access to the network, and finding capacity for that access. What comes next is to lobby for investment in infrastructure,” Smith told RAIL, while discussing operation of the first GBRf biomass train from Liverpool to Drax Power Station.
