Northern Trains has announced the appointment of Chris Clarke as its new head of operational delivery in the North West. Clarke brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked at Transport for London (TfL) for over a decade.
Clarke initially joined Northern in January 2022 as a disruption controller. He boasts a strong track record in resource planning and IT project management and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and resilience of Northern's services in the region.
