New fine dining menu launched on the Pullman rail service

A new fine dining menu has been launched on a rail service operating in the South West of England.

The menu is available on the Pullman rail service, operated by First Great Western Trains. It consists of locally sourced ingredients from areas such as Devon and Somerset.

The menu was created as part of First Great Western’s pledge to source food products from near the railway line. The dining experience is offered on ten rail journeys a day, including services to Penzance, Cardiff and Plymouth.

Creator of the menu, chef and restaurateur Mitch Tonks said: “The south west is home to some of the best food in the world and with this new Pullman menu, people have the chance to experience top-class meals on the railway.”
