Smart Transport delegates discuss air quality and mobility

More than 1,000 people registered to attend the virtual Smart Transport Conference on June 8-9.

Organised by RAIL publisher Bauer Media, the conference was free to attend and featured Transport Select Committee Chairman Huw Merriman, Transport Focus Chief Executive Anthony Smith and Independent Rail Review Chairman Keith Williams among its headline speakers.

The conference also had a total of eight breakout sessions across the two days. Topics included urban air quality, decarbonising freight, new mobility trends, and inclusive transport.

Attention will now turn to the next Smart Transport Conference, which will take place in London on November 30 at a venue to be confirmed. You can register your interest in attending at: https://conference.smarttransport.org.uk/2021-register-your-interest
