App aids assistance for disabled users

A new app allows passengers to request assistance using their smartphone. It also allows them to update their profile and to review journeys, saving time and providing staff with real-time information.

The app was built by UK-based technology company Transreport. It can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
