Southern has launched a series of online videos explaining how to use their on-station ticket machines.
The idea was that of Southern Customer Information Systems, CCTV and Help Point Operator Jo Smith, who also appears in the videos on the Southern website.
The six videos describe the process of buying a ticket for travel, buying multiple tickets, getting boundary extensions, and using Railcards and smartcards.
