Railhead Treatment Trains

Autumn sees Network Rail hire locomotives to operate Railhead Treatment Trains (RHTT). These are used to clear the tracks of leaves, usually by blasting them with high-powered water jets. RAIL 635 carried a feature explaining how this worked.
