The Company
My Client is a principal contracting company who undertake Civil Engineering, Rail Infrastructure and Reactive Maintenance projects across the UK,
The company is currently growing year on year and has recently taken on multiple Civils & Rail Infrastructure projects with local authorities and Rail Organisations.
They have a friendly and personable team, have been trading many years and have low staff attrition.
Due to new projects my Client are now looking for a new Site Agent to work across various sites in & around the South West.
The Role
The Site Agent will have previous experience of large Rail Civils Infrastructure & Structures including Station Builds, Platform Extensions, Bridges and Reactive Maintenance projects.
The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site especially multiple various subcontractors in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives.
The Site Agent will also be responsible for maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control on their particular delivery section.
Ideally this role would suit an ambitious, driven individual whom embraces the challenge of working within a high performing team who would like to quickly progress further within a contracting business.
The Candidate
PTS / SMSTS
Degree / HNC or HND in civil engineering (or equivalent compensating experience in a technical engineering role)
Experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent in a rail contracting environment.
Experience in rail working on civils associated projects
