SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT- RAIL AND CIVILS
Up to £40,000 basic salary (negotiable) plus a very strong commission structure individually agreed to your motivators and goals, package including 32 day's annual leave, quarterly staff incentives, strong career path to management, subsidized gym membership and subsidized private health-care.

Our client is an established business focusing on the placement of mid to senior-level staff both permanent and contract within the engineering sectors. Highly respected in the niches they cover within the engineering markets, they have a solid industry reputation, have seen year-on-year increases in profit over the last 5 years, and are a very stable company to become a part of. After a lot of research and market analysis, they are looking to expand offerings into rail and civils and are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join them to spearhead the new brand development.
As a divisional start-up, you'll work closely with the Directors to establish your branding and marketplace presence and once you're actively billing will have the opportunity to recruit a team of billers to work for you.

Applicants must have exposure to placing permanent staff within this specific discipline and will be able to confidently liaise with high-level candidates, headhunt for vacancies using tools including LinkedIn and evidence the build of lasting client relationships beyond general framework sign-up. You will have been billing £120,000 GP + as a 360 or currently be working as a Manager who is still able to actively bill and client develop.

Our client offers a comprehensive package as detailed above and up to £40,000 basic salary with a high OTE. As this position is for an experienced hire, our client is happy to have individual conversations about your motivators and how this would be reflected in your OTE and commission earnings. This is not a home working role- the position is based in Huddersfield, and although there are opportunities to work the odd day from home this is an office based role. Our client has a COVID-secure office, parking nearby and in the incident that all staff do need to work from home due to the pandemic, they have the infrastructure to allow this in the short-term
