Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a reputable organisation?
You have an exciting opportunity to join a leading civil engineering contractor operating throughout the country looking for a Quantity Surveyor / SQS to support their growing operations. Due to the nature of the projects involved, you will have demonstrable experience of Rail (desirable) or civil engineering environments.
You will be reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, based out of the Derby office overseeing projects ranging in value from c£100k-c£5m.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to work for a Tier 1 contractor with a huge presence in the rail industry. They are constantly expanding which gives great opportunities for career progression.

• Final Accounts
• Financial and reporting
• Margin analysis reports
• Cash flow forecasts
• Turnover forecasts
• De-brief reports
Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience of NR or NEC form of contract.
• Rail experience is not essential but desirablE
• Degree qualified
