This would especially suit for a Senior or Intermediate level Consultant with Franchise Bid / Rail Demand / Operations or Revenue Modelling experience looking to capitalise on a strong brand name and help spearhead strategic growth.This Global Professional Services company now employ close to 10000 people across the world. With a particular emphasis on sustainable development, they have started to focus on their UK business interests, with growth recently through the acquisition of other smaller businesses. With a solid reputation in the worldwide transportation market they are looking to leverage their reputation in the UK.
They are now recruiting for a Senior / Lead Consultant to work with them to deliver these plans.Working closely with the Head of Transport Advisory, the core areas of the role will involve demand and revenue forecasting, crowding modelling and business case appraisals for a range of transport planning projects to include franchising. In the longer term you will be building a team of Modellers and Analysts beneath you to secure the future of your business unit. Typically they are looking for people who have recently held Senior positions as Bid Analysts, Franchise Bid Consultants, Transport Consultants, Revenue Analysts, or Revenue and Demand Modellers.
You will need over 5 years experience of demand / revenue forecasting and crowding modelling for the preparation of rail franchise bids, as well as demand forecasting and modelling for non-franchising applications, including elements of trip distribution, generation and mode choice modelling. You must also have experience of business case and value for money appraisals and knowledge and understanding of transport industry structure and challenges.
