THE COMPANY

My client is a large specialist Recruiter and has an established branches throughout the UK and are part of a larger group of companies, and due to internal growth they are now seeking an experienced recruiter to join their established rail division .The business has experienced year on year growth and financial stability, this has resulted in numerous promotional steps for their highly driven team members.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruiter , your remit will be to develop long term working relationships with you clients and candidates to maximise growth and revenue streams and you will either have a technical or Rail sector backround within the recruitment industry, have a strong billing history and have experience within the contract or perms market. You will be self motivated, career driven and have a positive attitude to get results. My client also offers ongoing training and development throughout your career to become the best in the industry.

THE PACKAGE

My client offers a basic up to 30K(D.O.E) plus an achievable commission structure paid from Day 1, flexible working hours so you achieve a work/life balance and many other benefits. My client has a very low turnover of staff and the majority of employees have been working with my client for a minimum of 10 years plus.
