I have just learnt about an expanding company who are a hugely successful business seeking to recruit a Recruitment Manager and Resource Coordinator for their busy rail business.
Key Responsibilities within your new role:
Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate goals
Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures
Conduct client meetings, both on and off site, as appropriate
Establish and agree terms and conditions of service
Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
Conduct effective candidate interviews, both on and off site, as required
Conduct preemployment and compliance checks in line with company procedures and relevant legislation
Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams
Successfully place suitable candidates with clients
Identify new business opportunities
Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Understand and meet agreed KPI
Meet and exceed agreed financial targets
Contribute to team meetings as appropriateEssential Skills/Qualities required:
Proven Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Management experience
Civils and/or Railway Industry experience desired
Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
Familiar with civil engineering H&S certification
