2021 is going to be exciting time for Anglo Technical Recruitment, entering a period of focused growth we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Rail team here at our Head office in Canary Wharf London (remote working option is also avaliable).
The Role
Your development is key to us, and we understand that with your Recruitment experience you may not have the environment to fully reach your potential. That’s where Anglo steps up; we bridge the gap in your knowledge and experience. Our team have an extensive Recruitment and Industry background which give you a fantastic environment to become an expert in your fields
Working closely with the Recruitment team your work will involve:
Proactively contact prospective candidates discussing opportunities with them;
Develop a good understanding of clients, Projects and their business is vital to build better, stronger relationships;
Working towards targets that relate to the number of candidates qualified for opportunities, business leads generated and interviews secured;
Building relationships with candidates and clients;
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media;
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client`s vacancy;
Receiving and reviewing applications, creating a shortlist of candidates and managing interviews;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question;
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Business development - Proactively sourcing new client and client contacts building relationships with them to understanding their project staffing needs both on a freelance and permanent basis;
Requirements

Experience in Rail sector is essential.
