PSR Solutions are working with with a leading construction & infrastructure contractor to recruit a Project Manager, focusing on P-Way and minor civils projects UK-wide.
Reporting to the Operations Director; the successful PM will be responsible for managing their own live and potential tenders within p-way, depot refurbishment, signalling and minor structural refurbishment. Works will include both competitive tenders, and a mixture of already successful annul frameworks with Network Rail and TOCs.
You will be required to work from Yorkshire office when required, but be flexible enough to work away from home with projects as required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for running projects from start to completion
Delivery of the contract within programme and budget. Liaise with site staff and the commercial team to ensure spend is managed in line with tender allowances.
The provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Ops Director.
Ensuring work completed to meet contractual requirementQualifications and Requirements
HNC/HND/Degree qualified
Excellent commercial knowledge of rail contracts
Be IT literate in MS Office applications
