Becoming an Out of Hours Hotel & Rail Consultant with Travel & Events:

To work within a team servicing one or multiple customers, to ensure that we meet or exceed customer service level agreements.

This role can be based in our Stockport or Taunton offices and you will work in a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern covering evenings and weekends.

What you will do:

* To process hotel and rail bookings, amendments and cancellations via multiple contact channels
* Ensure best value fares/rates are offered in line with customer requirements
* To effectively resolve customer and supplier queries, escalating where appropriate
* To deliver customer service excellence through accuracy and quality
* To highlight service, savings, processes and policy compliance opportunities to the operational management team
* To communicate in a professional manner at all times both internally and externally

Your experience will include:

* Hotel and rail reservation experience
* Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
* A sound geographical knowledge
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Flexible
* Ability to multi task
