We are currently recruiting for a Rail Co-ordinator to assist in the administrational support of our successful Rail team within our Maidstone branch, based in exclusive offices within walking distance of the town.

THE ROLE:

Working alongside another Rail Co-ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that

Randstad CPE adheres to the Sentinel Scheme Rules. This includes the monitoring and management of individuals working hours, sub sponsorship arrangements, permission for use and communicating with sub sponsors to collate information required.

DUTIES:

 To carry out key responsibilities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as allocated by the Senior Rail Co-ordinator

 Recording of candidate planned hours from both our internal rail teams or sub-sponsors requesting their use

 Processing of all subrequests received and recording of relevant actions

 Recording of planned hours

 Recording of actual hours from completed timesheets

 Collation & recording of hours worked from sub-sponsors

 Logging & notification of risks highlighted from planned hours and/or actual hours.

 Submission and monitoring of outgoing subrequests

 Notifying Primary Sponsors of actual hours

 To answer the telephone and take clear and concise messages where necessary and

ensure that messages are immediately passed on to the relevant person.

 Speaking to Candidates, gathering data as and when required

 To support the work of colleagues in their absence. Be familiar with all areas of your

colleagues roles to assist with holiday cover and absence as you may be required to

cover certain aspects of these roles

Some prior experience within an administration role is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

- Possess excellent administration experience

- Be attentive to detail

- Calm under pressure

- Possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office

- Have experience of working in an office or sales environment previously

- Have a positive and approachable manner

- Possess excellent organisation skills

- Possess a good standard of general education

- Be happy to work on a temporary basis
