This is a fast paced role working on volume recruitment for all aspects of rail blue-collar roles for all locations in the UK. You will be tasked with increasing the candidate base solely for one of our large sole supply rail accounts. The budget is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations.


As a Rail Resourcer you will be targeting candidates in the Infrastructure market to supply into our contracts. You will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing candidates. In an autonomous environment you will be given the best tools to succeed and excellent remuneration for your hard work.

Solid experience as a rail blue-collar resourcer;
A proven successful history in candidate attraction;
