Lead Rail Surveyor - Required our client to operate in the Midlands as the Lead Surveyor in the team working on various sites across the region. The Rail Surveyor will be working on a range of on projects for network rail including Plain Line Renewal Surveys, Complex S&C Surveys, Monitoring works, Depot Surveys and Embankment Surveys.
The Lead Rail Surveyor will be executing and leading complex surveys to satisfy clients expectation. The Rail Surveyor will have at least 3 years Rail experience and using Trimble total stations and Gedo trolley system. Coordination of control networks. Gauging and measuring of OLE.

Monitoring and Setting Out
Be able to determine the most appropriate professional manner for the planning and execution of surveys
Diligently complete surveys, to satisfy all clients specification and quality expectations
Establish calibration and maintenance regimes for all survey equipment
Establish survey monitoring regimes
Manage the team
Lead Rail Surveyor Position Requirements
Min 3 Years' Rail Experience
Experience of Topographical Surveys and Complex S&C Surveys
Experience of GPS/Traversing/Levelling
Sentinel Tickets such as PTS, COSS, SWL1, SWL2 etc.

Salary depends on experience
Outside educational courses.
