As Head of Rail Service Outputs, you will play an important role in shaping the future of rail services and lead our clients input into current franchises including delivery, performance, overseeing their input to timetable development and train services across the North of England, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations. A collaborative leader, you will have direct oversight of our clients input to current and future rail services and the help ensure that they meet the needs of the North.
As the UK's first sub-national transport body, they are changing the way transport is planned and delivered. This senior role is integral to that success. Technical service delivery and strategic analysis and design work will be at the bedrock of the business cases that will deliver transformational Train Service Requirements aligned to our clients Long Term Rail Strategy. Not only will you be a guiding voice in shaping strategy, you will manage the programme framework, be an industry pioneer, holding partners to high standards and minimising risks.

What we are looking for:
This successful candidate requires not only extensive knowledge of the rail industry and rail performance, specifications, improvements on journey times and evolving strategies, but a passion to drive economic growth through cutting edge rail delivery and continuous improvements.
