Our client is a national rail contractor delivering engineering works for Network Rail around the country. The client has an established assurance team in place but with workload rising going into 2021 the client has identified the need to recruit a Head of Assurance to lead the team.
The successful individual will be responsible for the development, governance and management of the internal quality management system. They will lead the delivery of internal quality audits and ensure ongoing adherence to quality procedures. They will also lead a team of assurance specialists and take responsibility for all assurance issues across the business.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
Established senior rail assurance specialist
Rail industry experience is essential
Please note we are not looking for SHEQ all rounders
Professional quality qualification such as CQI or IRQA
Line management experience
Willing to travel nationally as business dictates
Fully eligible to work in the UKAs this is a national role we can base the successful individual anywhere with remote working but they must be willing to travel nationally, with all expenses covered.
