Account management focussed position Global Sales Manager - Crane Rail Systems
The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a Global Sales Manager to drive sales through an international dealer & agent network outside of Europe and within the UK. Our client is a design, manufacture, and install provider of Crane Rail Systems which have hundreds of applications. Wherever there is a need to lift things there is an opportunity to sell. The Global Sales Manager will be dealing with Construction projects, shipping, ports, airports, and a host of other end user arenas.
You will spend around 60% of your time travelling throughout the Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, and the Americas with 40% being home based in the UK. You will be developing strong relationships with your dealer network and be the go-to person to support major projects, be on hand technically, and also to drive revenue and uplift where appropriate. This is a great opportunity for an Export Sales Professional to join a very successful and ambitious organisation.
Requirements: To be considered for the Global Sales Manager role you must have:
A background in export sales from the UK
An understanding of selling to various cultures around the world
Languages are helpful but not a pre-requisite
You will come from a Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial background
Be used to global travel on a regular basis The Future: Our client pride themselves on stability of the team and have a very low staff turnover. The Package for Global Sales Manager is:
Basic: £45k-50k basic salary DOE
Bonus / OTE: 12.5% Performance related annual bonus
