Fantastic opportunity to join our client Crewit Resourcing as General Manager for its UK recruitment and staffing operation. This role will be based in the West Midlands or London area, and will involve presence in both locationsThis a key strategic role where you will be responsible for spearheading the management and growth of the business primarily within the rail/constructions/general civils sector. .

The Role and Opportunity
You will be given full P&L responsibility to manage the UK business of Crewit, externally developing existing clients and the generation of new business, and internally managing and motivating your team to achieve company objectives. You will have the support of a strong, established recruitment delivery and operations team in London with processes, compliance and technology in place to facilitate expansion.
The focus of the business expansion will be within the rail, construction and civil engineering on a national basis with a priority on rail. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales driven general manager to take ownership of a business with significant potential. Reporting to the Group CEO you will play the key role in formulating and driving the business development strategy and will be rewarded with a very attractive package including profit share options on growth.
Skills & Experience
You should have a proven track record of leading BD or a sales team at a senior level in relevant recruitment and staffing sectors (rail/construction).
Possessing a strong network in the UK market you may have hit a ceiling in your current role in a larger business.
Experienced in leading a team of minimum size of 10-15 people, you will undoubtedly possess proven strategic thinking ability.
This opportunity will suit a strong influencer, someone who enjoys working with and through people, possessing the drive to achieve results through a logical and systematic approach to management.
