Customer Support Administrator- Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
One of our leading social housing clients are looking for a Customer Support Administrator for their offices based in Reigate, Surrey on a temp to perm basis.
This role is part of the business support team within the Infrastructure business. You will be responsible for supporting the Contract Support Coordinators by uploading vital information onto the internal system (COINS) and database, inputting and logging faults, liaising with internal and external customers via phone and email and amending variations within the system.
This role requires someone who is able to deal with reactive requests from customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication by phone and email. You will be able to capture vital information and coordinate the support required to resolve queries. You will have an eye for detail, methodical, thrive from challenges and be able to integrate into a vital team.
Social housing, property services or local authority experience/understanding is highly desireable for this role. You will ideally be fully computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft packages inc.Word,Excel and Outlook.
This is a temporary to permanent role and will be 12 weeks through the agency before going direct with the client. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm. 37.5 hours per week. This is an immediate role and our client will be running interviews ASAP with a view to having someone in place late February 2019.
