This role is a great career opportunity for a Health & Safety professional with extensive rail experience to join a team of twenty providing Health & Safety services for one of the world's leading multidisciplinary consultancies in the design, management, infrastructure, and construction.
The successful Associate Rail Safety Specialist will join a team that focuses on building strategic relationships with clients - delivering a comprehensive service across the portfolio and optimising the benefits of continuous improvement in design quality, efficiency, cost reduction and knowledge retention.
As an Associate in the business, you will be part of an ambitious, successful team providing services for major rail and wider infrastructure clients. You will mentor and lead staff members alongside the core focus of your role which will leading the rail service line. As an Associate you will work closely with other directors to develop new client opportunities.
This role requires someone experienced in construction safety who is looking for a clear and defined path to Directorship within a global organisation. You will be working within a corporate environment on some of the nation's largest projects.
