Due to Company expansion we are seeking a Rail Assistant Training Manager. Ideally you will already be working in a similar role or looking for the next step in your training career. This role is a new role supporting our busy training department and working alongside out Training Manager to ensure a complete service to our Customers, internally and externally. The role will be based at our Manchester training school in Salford and some of the time you will be expected to deliver training courses in some or all of the following rail competencies:
* Controller of Site Safety
* Track Induction
* PTS AC and DC
* Machine / Crane Controller
* Engineering Supervisor
* Lookout
* IWA
The remainder of the time the successful candidate will support the business development of the training department, provide statistics for the board and support the continuing development of the courses we provide to ensure we deliver a high quality experience for our delegates. Ideally you will already be familiar with NSAR regulations and have experience working within a rail environment.
