David Sidebottom to give speech at RAIL’s National Rail Conference

Transport Focus Passenger Director David Sidebottom will speak at RAIL’s National Rail Conference at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on November 1.

Sidebottom will spell out what rail passengers in the North expect to be delivered for them over the next few years by the Northern and TransPennine franchises, coupled with a look at what users more generally see as their priorities from other forms of transport in the North.
