Bill Reeve to give speech at RAIL’s National Rail Conference

Reeve will cover lessons from setting up Transport Scotland 11 years ago, and building capability in a rail team that reflects where Rail North and Transport for the North are now and what he sees as key challenges in his RN Partnership Board role.  He will also bring delegates up to date with the latest rail devolution developments in Scotland - where you get to after 11 years of progress.
